This convenient general purpose flour mix can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in cooking or baking. It consists of rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, chickpea flour and xanthan gum.

Ingredients: Stoneground rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, chickpea flour, xanthan gum.

Serving and Usage suggestions: Excellent for thickening sauces, soups and stews. Also ideal for use in cooking or baking. Xanthan gum acts as a binding agent; however a raising agent should still be used in baking.
