After being on a quest for over a decade to gain a deeper understanding of real nourishment, organic farming, holistic well-being; along with countless hours experimenting in the kitchen creating recipes, I decided to share this dedication to health that fuels me, with others. Before BARE came alive, I envisioned a hub of health. A space where people came to feel more empowered about their food choices; a place where people value conscious retail, and a place for continuous learning and exploration in the wellness space. Most of the time we don’t know how well we are actually meant to feel. My mission is that through BARE, we can help bring people closer to that state of being well.

BARE was born with a mission to make clean, whole-foods accessible to our community and beyond. To provide education that empowers more nourishing food choices, and to help reignite the vital connection between us and our food sources. I believe that this rekindled connection will foster a deeper bond and respect for our environment and, in turn, for ourselves.
