OhMega Tahini is a traditional middle eastern condiment, which has a rich history as an ingredient in North African, Mediterranean, and Middle eastern dishes. Our Tahini is made fresh in South Africa from gently roasted sesame seeds and nothing else. Tahini is a great source of calcium and protein, and can be used as a dip on its own, or as an ingredient in dishes such as hummus, baba ghanoush and halva.

Ohmega Tahini can be used as a spread, baking ingredient, in smoothies, or straight out of the jar.
