Our decadent dairy-free gorgonzola is crafted from a base of cultured cashews, innoculated with peniciliium roqueforte spores, and ripened for 4 weeks to develop the umami flavours typical of blue-veined cheeses. A little tangy, a little salty, it pairs perfectly with jams and preserves - or stir it into your favour favourite pasta dish... or put in on top of your next vegan pizza!
