Fauxmage Herbed Garlic Chevre

Our chevre style cashew cheese is like a thick cream cheese. It can be sliced, smeared, or stirred into hot dishes like pastas or risottos. Made from cultured cashew nuts and seasoned with a bit of nutritional yeast for extra 'cheesiness'. This one is flavoured with organically-grown herbs from our own garden and fresh garlic - flavour town!
