Fauxmage Olive & Rosemary Chevre

Our chevre style cashew cheese is like a thick cream cheese. It can be sliced, smeared, or stirred into hot dishes like pastas or risottos. Made from cultured cashew nuts and seasoned with a bit of nutritional yeast for extra 'cheesiness'. This one is packed full of chopped dried olives from a local farm, and fresh rosemary from our garden - a classic flavour combo that never goes wrong!
