Cold pressed flax seed oil is made from the seeds of the flax plant. The seeds are cold pressed to ensure that the temperature sensitive poly unsaturated fats (Omega 3 & 6) are preserved. Flax seed oil has a distinctive nutty taste and aroma. The oil is best kept in fridge or in a cool space away from light, in order to preserve the healthy fatty acids.

Cold pressed Flax seed oil is primarily used as a nutritional supplement. Flaxseed oil can be added to smoothies, soups, or taken as is. The oil is perfect for adding plant-based omega 3 fatty acids to your diet.
